    Vaccine Clinic:Partnership with Partners for Pets and M.E.M.A.

    Thanks to a new partnership, the Twigs Tumbleweed Garden Pavilion will now be used once each quarter to help Granite City residents get their pets vaccinated for free. The number of spots available is limited. Read more about the first clinic by clicking on the link below.

    Twigs founder Lisa Guilliams, received the Mary Alyce Beardslee Award on behalf of all the Twigs volunteers.

    Mary Alyce Beardslee was an employee with Catholic Charities devoting many years of her life to the agency and the children we served through our adoption and foster care programs.

    Spirit of St. Louis Women's Fund Award

    The donation from Spirit of St. Louis Women’s Fund helped Twigs bring food to children in communities where childhood summer hunger may not have been otherwise addressed.

    Honorees have worked to address problems, develop initiatives, or make lasting improvements that result in stronger, more stable communities.

    The honorees were nominated by the public and selected by a panel of community judges for their impact and service to the community.

    Twigs founder, Lisa Guilliams, is an alum of Asbury Theological Seminary. In 2016 the seminary featured the Twigs program in their series entitled, "Attempt Something Big".
